Fear Not

Scripture:  “The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear?  The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” – Psalm 27:1

Message: There is no situation that we go through in our daily lives that God isn’t aware of. He sees it all. If you yourself or someone you know has experienced a death in the family over the past months or years, you begin to pause and look more closely at how you wish to spend your final days. If you have found your days to be more intentional and purposeful, I understand, because I try hard to lean in that direction! And it reminds me that each new day we have on this earth is a gift from God.  The ultimate fear that all of us face is death. The good news is that Jesus conquered death by dying on the cross and rising from the dead so that we can live forever with him.

Did you know the phrases “do not be afraid” and “fear not” are found in the Bible over 365 times. That number should then be a daily reminder from God to all of us to live every day without fear and to the fullest.
